Cancellation Before Work Commences:
Cancellation Within 24 Hours:
If you cancel the service within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation After 24 Hours:
Cancellations made after 24 hours but before work begins are eligible for a refund, subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Cancellation After 36 Hours:
For cancellations made more than 36 hours after booking, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Refunds are not available for changes of mind.

Cancellation After Work Has Begun:

Partial Refund:
If you cancel after work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed. Non-refundable expenses already incurred, such as third-party fees, printing, or production costs, will be deducted from the refund amount. A detailed assessment of the work completed will be provided.

Cancellation Post-Delivery:
No Refunds:
Once the project has been fully delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation for Specific Services:
Manuscript Services:
Cancellations before manuscript review or editing begins are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Once work begins, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of completion. Completed manuscript services are non-refundable.

Design Services:
Cancellations before the initial concept presentation are eligible for a 75% refund. After the concept presentation but before final design approval, a 50% refund is applicable. Once the draft designs have been delivered, no refund will be provided.

Production Services:
Printing and distribution services are non-refundable due to third-party costs and commitments. eBook conversion cancellations are eligible for a 50% refund if canceled before the final file delivery. Audiobook cancellations will be assessed based on the stage of recording, but no refunds will be issued after the recording has been completed.

Marketing Services:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. After 48 hours, cancellations are eligible for a 75% refund. Refunds will be prorated for work already completed.

Administrative Services:
ISBN assignment and copyright registration fees are non-refundable once processed. Royalty management services require 30 days’ notice for cancellation.

Author Support Services:
No refunds are offered for cancellations within 24 hours of a one-time session. Ongoing support packages can be canceled with 14 days’ notice and a prorated refund for unused services.

Package Deals:
Package deal cancellations will be assessed based on individual service stages, with a 20% fee retained for administrative costs.

How to Request a Cancellation:

Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within 45-60 business days following the confirmation of cancellation.

Service Inability:
In the event that The Alpha Book Publishers is unable to provide the contracted services, you will receive a full refund for any undelivered services.

Change of Mind:
Please be aware that we do not offer refunds or cancellations for changes of mind after work has commenced.
